Leaning what items to sell on eBay starts with tapping into local manufacturers and suppliers of products that can be sourced locally and shipped globally. Taking the time to locate local vendors is perhaps one of the most important steps you can take before you start selling on eBay. With just a little effort you can be at the top of the eBay game without dependent on other wholesalers and dropship verse to help you make money on eBay, Yahoo, craigslist and other online websites.
eBay Auction Selling Starts with an Outstanding Supply Chain Vendors is a post from: Advanced Marketing 101, Las Vegas, Nevada

Finding products to sell on eBay can become a very labor-intensive task if you are not informed about what you can do with local vendors to locate products that are in demand, pay a high profit margin and offer a recurring revenue stream.

All too often, I am asked the question by people who are buying and selling online, “where you get your products to sell online”?

I tell people that if you are looking to source products from people on eBay who have a wholesale list or offer drop shipping services, you are really going down the road is going to be challenging over the long run.

What I encourage you to do is think about locating local vendors in your local geographical area who have products, a product line, or even a complete brand of products they need help marketing, promoting and ultimately selling to online and off-line consumers.

Where many people fall short , if they are conditioned to believe that can make all of your money selling products online through online auction sites – this is just one side of the coin; you can make money selling products off-line simultaneously.

Locating local vendors could be as simple as placing an ad in the Sunday paper, asking readers if they are a local vendor who has products they would like to sell any local geographical market.

It may come as a surprise to you, but many of the people live interacted with over the years have been able to find local manufacturers and vendors of products that actually sell very well on eBay at very attractive profit margins and offer recurring revenue streams for additional product sales.

The fact is , I have any local vendor can build a relationship with. You are able to see the products, inventory and gain access to many resources that you would otherwise go. If you found a vendor in a remote part of the country you simply used a drop shipper.

Know This: There is no eBay Selling Guide that will teach you how to find a local vendor in your local geographical area. The only way this will happen is if you take action on your own, pick up the telephone and start making calls or submit a solicitation in some of the local newspapers and magazines in your geographical area.

As simple as that sounds many people are reluctant to do so. For people who take this one simple step.

They are so much closer to succeeding on eBay for many reasons:

First, by establishing a relationship with local vendor you have immediate visual access to products, advertising literature and imagery that you can use to sell products, as well as a chance to be able to check out the business to the Better Business Bureau.

Second, by taking the time to meet up with vendors, you have an opportunity to offer all of your other services that are inclusive with buying and selling on eBay. The fact is, vendors like to interact with their resellers face to face.

Third, dealing directly with the vendor in your local area can also give your significant discount on wholesale product purchases. You can pick up the products, inspect them and negotiate better pricing. Because of no shipping costs associated with local wholesalers using you can save even more money.

Finally, local vendors can provide you with insight about end-of-life products, product changes, potential product defects and give you the front-end marketing knowledge you need to differentiate yourself.
Other people who may be selling similar products, but have to pay an additional cost to source that product that you are sourcing locally.

Taking the time to locate products wholesale from local vendors is one of the most important steps you can take prior to selling on eBay.

Continued Success

But for complete beginners who are new to eBay, it may seem almost overwhelming – the sheer amount of (sometimes wrong!) information out there telling you what to do.

Many people ask me how they can start a business on eBay with little to no up-front costs. They wonder if it’s even possible and what route to take. The truth is – it is possible and being done by people online from all walks of life, every day.

Here’s how you can make money from eBay with very little upfront investment at all (or sometimes even none!)

If you want to get involved in selling products in volume with little or no risk what you need to do is you need to find companies that will let you sell their product on consignment or through what we call a virtual inventory model.

That’s to say that there are companies out there who will give you their artwork, who will give you images of their products, they’ll give you resources that you can use to sell their products for them.

A lot of people who acquire my audiocassette package can be new to eBay. They can be intermediate users. Believe me there’s a lot of people out there who do not have the skills that are required to sell on eBay.

There’s a lot of people out there who have great products but for one reason or another, maybe they’re running a business where they have a retail storefront, they would rather outsource the whole auction selling part of their business to someone to do that.

This provides great opportunities for those of you who want to help people sell products. If you go to the eBay homepage, and the help page for that matter, there is a link you can click on called Seller’s Assistant.

You can, with just a 50 feedback rating online, sell products for other people in your local neighborhood. That’s a great tool. I encourage you if you really want to minimize costs, sell products for other people initially and earn some money through them through selling their products.

But if you’re going to do that make sure that you specify in your contract with the person you’re selling the products on consignment for that they fulfill their obligations, that they pay you a rate that is appropriate for whatever the item is that they’re selling.

There’s some inherent benefits in selling products for other people using your name. You get a higher feedback rating and more feedback even though they’re not your products you’re selling. That’s a big plus.

You also get to acquire an email account for a customer who bought your product. So you can utilize that email contact information to approach the customer again who bought your product about other items you have.

So remember, before we had talked about the importance of capturing information and using continuity in your sales process.

This too is a great point that you need to stress and also that you can implement if you want to minimize your startup costs and sell products for pennies on the dollar.

Now the next question we have here from our listening audience comes from David from Cleveland, Ohio. He wants to understand how easy it is to manage your auction or auctions with ease.

Well, there’s a couple of vehicles you can use. There is a product you can get. Its a free product you can get from eBay. Its called Turbo Lister.

Turbo Lister is auction listing technology that helps you create your listings effectively, at certain time intervals, etc.

A lot of people will use Turbo Lister if they’re selling products in numerous auctions. For two reasons – one is its a very easy application to learn. Once you learn Turbo Lister, you can use it over and over again.

A second benefit of Turbo Lister is that you can literally do a hundred auctions a minute through Turbo Lister once you understand how it works – its functionality, its features.

You can program it to list auctions simultaneously with little or no effort. Remember the whole point of this audio broadcast is to make sure that you do things effectively.

We want you to learn things that I’ve learned from interviewing numerous power sellers and my own experience also and do that in such a way that its cost effective and those two aforementioned statements are certainly powerful tools that you can use.

How do you truly use positive feedback and a money back guarantee when dealing with online auctions? What if you get negative feedback from a customer – should you give them negative feedback in return?

There are a lot of options and methods for maximizing the amount of positive feedback you receive, helping boost consumer confidence in your products and minimizing (and taking advantage) of negative feedback when you get it.

Feedback for the most part should always be positive to the person who buys the product from you.

The reason I say that is a lot of times people will look at your feedback as a tool to make a decision as to whether or not they want to buy your product based on your feedback.

Personally its been my experience being on many auction sites, as well as eBay, is that there is no benefit to giving negative feedback to anyone.

Of course you’re going to come across people who are going to give you negative feedback no matter how good your product is.

I’ve learned from my experience as a Senior Media Consultant that I am not America’s guest. It doesn’t matter how good your product is or how hard you try to please people, you’re going to come across consumers out there who nothing will ever satisfy them.

So you need to expect negative feedback. That doesn’t mean you have to give that person negative feedback if they give you negative feedback; there’s alternatives to that.

Give positive feedback. If a person gives you negative feedback, ask them questions. Email them a question and ask them to justify the negative feedback. If the negative feedback is justifiable; if its in fact valid for reasons that the consumer has, work on a strategy to eliminate that in the future.

Take the knowledge from a negative feedback and use that for improving your service and your product deliver to the consumer.

Money back guarantees – I think money back guarantees are very valuable. Money back guarantees instill trust in you and your products.

Know this: You’re far better off to offer a money back guarantee. If you’re going to sell products specify a money back guarantee.

If you’re selling a service and its a labor intensive service, specify the terms of the service and the warranty and/or satisfaction guarantee that you offer.

For services, be cautious about a money back guarantee. Specify a satisfaction guarantee. If a customer wants you to do work for them, lets say a customer wants you to build a website for them, be cautious about that.

Use judgment when offering a satisfaction guarantee. Its important that you’re a professional in terms of what you offer but you’re going to back it up with a satisfaction guarantee.

Believe it or not, there’s a lot that goes into building an eBay business. Very few people have made it successfully sitting in their pajamas doing business from their kitchen table (you can do that AFTER you become a huge eBay success story!)

To truly make money on eBay there are certain “important steps” you’ll need to not only follow, but master in order to maximize your marketing exposure and double or even triple the profits you’ll earn from your online auctions.

For example, create a simple back-end catalog. This too is very powerful; when you can combine the marketing mediums that are available with an open auction with products that sell synergistically or that compliment each other and do that at the right time of the week during the right time of the year you are truly creating a formula for success.

I want to make sure that people who are out there and are trying to figure out how that works can understand the relationship of what that means for success and truly maximize your profits online.

You have to put these different variables together to really come up with a formula for profit optimization and what I’ve made mention of is truly putting you ahead.

Now lets talk a little bit about profit optimization. The ultimate goal of 99% of sellers is to make a profit online. Profit optimization is obviously one of the major goals that a lot of sellers have online.

Less than 1% of the sellers online are going to know what we’re going to talk about in this next segment. I’m going to share these secrets with you that will truly skyrocket your sales and benefit you not only online but offline as well.

So what basic strategy can buyers and sellers follow to ensure that they’re getting the best return on their time investment using online auction venues such as eBay, Clickbank, Yahoo, MSN, Ioffer, Buyandsell.com or other sites?

Well let me say some stuff that I’ve learned is of great value if you simply apply it. Keep in mind that what I want to talk to you about is not just applicable to selling your product on eBay or again the aforementioned sites.

These are secrets that I’ve learned from power sellers, successful writers, and numerous individuals out there who have been extremely successful in selling their products.

I think one of the biggest mistakes that people make online is they don’t see the true value in being direct on what it is that they’re selling.

What I say is you have to be direct. You need to get to the point – be specific and clarify what it is your saying to the potential buyer. In being direct there is one thing that I’ve learned that I think will benefit people enormously.

You have to have a compelling message. With whatever it is that your selling you need to make sure that the message is compelling. I can’t tell you how many listings I see out on line where people have a good product yet the message about the product, its features, its benefits and the real worth of the product is not communicated through a compelling message.

I say this and I’m very staunch about this compelling message because I’ve had products available for years and for so long I didn’t know how to market them effectively. The use of a compelling message is not just writing text about what your saying.

You have to have a strong visual. You need to make sure that when you communicate a message to someone that there’s a visual.

If you recall I talked to you about selling based on price or selling products on price and value. I think the vast majority of people who are selling products out there miss the mark when we talk about value and giving a compelling message.

They’re some key elements that you’ll see in my auction listings. As you know and as I’ve made mention earlier I sell books. Not only do I sell printed books, I sell audio books I also have video products. I do hold seminars here in the United States.

Whenever I sell a product I try to make sure that there’s a visual component to my listing that we’ll call an advertisement. I try to make sure that there’s a visual component that compliments what I say or binds to the reader a visual reference in terms of what it is that I’m offering.

To me that’s extremely important. If you don’t have a visual piece in what it is you’re selling, chances are you’re going to really miss out; you’re going to miss out on what’s available so again a strong compelling message with a good visual is really important.

In part one of my “Dutch Auctions” article, I mentioned a few of the reasons why you’d want to consider using a Dutch auction for your eBay product listing. But oftentimes, many people skip Dutch Auctions entirely and opt to host multiple auctions of the same product using the Buy Now option.

There’s another strategy you can use to tap into the power of Dutch auctions, but it depends on the type of product you’re promoting.

There’s also one very common mistake you’ll want to avoid when setting up your auction. I see both beginners and experienced sellers alike doing this all too often.

With a buy now auction if you know how many are being sold in terms of when the auction opens you can tabulate that and actually write that down.

You can write it down on a piece of paper take that information and come back to the auction lets say that its a ten day auction come back to it five days later and find out how many of those items have sold.

The vast majority of the people who are on eBay are smart shoppers. They’re looking for value. I’ve talked to you previously about the difference between buying on price and buying on value.

I’m a big believer when I sell a product to make sure that I give the consumer good value for the products that I’m selling and that’s something that you really have to consider in terms of buying and selling online.

Make sure that you use Dutch auctions effectively when you have multiple products and make correlation studies. Document how many you’re selling in a particular category. You want to be able to use that knowledge and apply that information in the future.

The cyclical nature of products that are being sold online especially through online auction sites has a big impact on how many can be sold.

That’s to say its a lot tougher to sell fur coats in the middle of the summer than it is to sell them in the middle of winter.

If you’re going to sell products in quantity and they are cyclical in nature make sure that you sell them in the right time of the season.
I can’t begin to tell you how many people I’ve met who try and sell products that are off-season products during the off season. You don’t want to do that. You just don’t want to do that.

So as simple as that sounds its really important that people understand that and that they understand there’s two ways you can price things – you can price them based on price only or you can price them on the price that they can be sold on and the value that they deliver to the consumer.

Those would be certainly some things that you would want to think about with Dutch auctions for most of us who are familiar with eBay.

For those of use who are not familiar with eBay, there is a ton of information you can get off the site that will tell you more about the specific auctions.

Dutch Auctions allow you to sell to multiple bidders and buyers if you have several quantities of the same item.

Most sellers discount Dutch Auctions because they believe it somehow dampens the value of what they want to sell, or it somehow makes it seem like they have an unlimited quantity and therefore they don’t get many real bids. Neither of these can truly do the kind of imagined damage to an auction than some sellers think they can.

In fact, Dutch auctions can be incredibly useful when you approach them the right way. Here’s a method I use to continually and successfully sell products using Dutch auctions.

If you think about a Dutch auction, you can list a thousand of the same item and sell a thousand of the same item with just one auction. That is a huge benefit for someone who doesn’t want to put up a lot of different auctions.

They can take one type of product and sell that product over and over again through one single auction. That’s a huge time saver.

That’s why a lot of retailers will use Dutch auctions – because they want to make sure they can get out as much volume as they can through one auction site.

So what influences me using Dutch auctions? Well there’s a couple variables; a key variable that I look at when selling products through Dutch auctions is the velocity of the product – how fast is the product moving through the auction?

How many of them do I sell a day? If I can sell ten a day that’s great but if I have a product that’s in a Dutch auction and I can only sell one a week it doesn’t serve a purpose. Its better to just sell one through a regular auction.

There’s many people out there who they have multiple quantities of the same product and they want to sell it through different categories.

That’s OK too. But again one of the major drivers begin using Dutch auctions is to gain the ability to sell a product through multiple quantities through one single listing.

That also gives the buyer a chance to go see if the product is selling.

If you have a buy now auction and people are looking to see that purchases have been made on the product that can serve as a marketing tool or a marketing vehicle to influence the buyer to buy the product. One thing you’ll notice about buy now auctions and open auctions is that if an open auction is in fact a Dutch auction you can see that multiple people have bought that book.

With a regular open auction at this point in time I can’t see how many books have been sold. So there’s a crossover; there’s a meeting that you go through where if you see a product and you see that the product has been sold to other people that adds somewhat to the credibility, to a product’s worthiness because other people have looked at it they’ve looked at the ad and they’ve seen that in fact it looks like a good product and they are more likely to buy it.

Remember, know when to use Dutch Auctions and when to simply use auctions that are for a single item with one time sales.

However this can be one of the biggest mistakes you can make as an eBay seller (not to mention having one frustrated and unhappy customer on your hands!) There are ways to use Reserve Auctions to your advantage if you follow a few proven tips you’ll learn in this article.

But you have to be careful — too many times potential bidders will see your auction (without the reserve price mentioned) and simply give up – not knowing how much you’ve set the item to truly cost. Here are ways to get around that common obstacle and be successful at setting reserve prices in your auction.

From a buying standpoint you will see a reserve auction and it talks about hitting a reserve price and the seller is under no obligation to sell if it does not hit the reserve price.

What I’m really concerned about is that during this whole auction and if it lasts seven days, ten days, even three days, and I’m really interested in this product, so my concern is why would I want to go waste my time, maybe not waste my time but put in so much time and effort into trying to purchase this product under a price which I feel is feasible and which I feel is going to be of high value and maybe not hit the reserve price and not get the item?

So what it all comes down to is why do people use reserve auctions and what are the benefits to using them?

Well from a sellers point of view a reserve auction serves as a control mechanism. It serves as a tool that will allow me to sell a product without losing money on it.

If you recall earlier when I talked about selling optimization, there’s a huge value in reserve auctions for sellers.

Now if I’m a seller and I’m selling a product under a reserve auction if I have a good supply chain I know where to get my products at a great price I can use a reserve auction to ensure that I don’t jeopardize my dollars and my products through the reserve auctions.

That’s to say lets say I have a product that I know if I sell it for $100 I’ll make a $10 profit. If I open up a reserve auction at say $10 I know that more people are going to look at that dollar amount.

Even if its a reserve auction, more people are going to look at that reserve auction and think well let me put a bid in and see if it sells.

In listening to buyers’ frustration about reserve auctions, I think one thing needs to be communicated to my readers

Any smart power seller who has a product in a reserve auction should at the end of his or her auction, they should make sure that they put in what the product will sell for, in other words, what is the reserve price.

Doing so will give the potential buyer a reference point for when they should actually put a bid in for a dollar amount and if in fact they’re getting a fair price.

I told you earlier that one of the best things you can do in selling optimization is to use a virtual inventory model.

Many successful sellers have contacts where they don’t have to buy the product but they know how much the product costs. So what does that do for them in terms of a reserve auction and how does that impact their business?

Well, with a reserve auction if I can buy that product for $100 and I set my reserve to lets say $125 I don’t have to hold that inventory. As a seller, I don’t need to inventory that product if I know that I can get it at a cheaper price.

That’s the value of a reserve auction for the seller. For the buyer, a reserve auction is definitely something that can be a roadblock if the seller doesn’t tell you what the reserve price is in the listing.

And that’s always been a problem. I see a lot of auctions out there with reserves on them and they don’t say anywhere in the listing at all about the reserve price is this x amount of money.

Now how are we supposed to know? We keep bidding and bidding and bidding until we hit that reserve price but then we realize something this is more than we actually wanted to pay for it.

Well, again I think there are a couple of strategies – you can actually email the seller selling the product – take a moment to email them.

This is a mistake a lot of experts are making who sell on eBay is they don’t tell buyers what the reserve price is. In talking to a lot of successful power sellers it is very important to tell the potential buyer what the reserve price is.

It gives the potential buyer a reference point to look at if they want to actually buy the product.

Its not a double edged sword that we’re looking at here but it is an issue for buyers and the best way to get around it is to tell the potential buyer what is the reserve price. I think reserve auctions are actually very beneficial for a lot of people but again that’s something that you take on a case by case basis.

In previous posts I’ve discussed how to optimize your auctions, choose the right category, create a pricing strategy and how to use 3-day auctions to your advantage to attract the highest number of bidders. But you shouldn’t discount seven and ten day auctions either.

There are certain products that really do sell better on weekdays. You can also use 7 and 10 day auctions to get much more exposure for your products than you would on the weekends. Here are a few ways you can get the longer-lasting auctions to work to your advantage.

Seven day auctions are good for selling products that are basically weekly products. When I speak about weekly products, there are a lot of publications and media that’s out there that people get weekly.

For me the vast majority of the auctions that I use are ten day auctions. Why do I like ten day auctions? Well for one thing ten day auctions are really the largest amount of exposure time you can get. With a ten day auction I’ve had products that will get almost 1,000 to 1,500 views; in other words I will have 1,000 to 1,500 viewers looking at the product.

That is a lot of exposure. So ten day auctions tend to be a lot better to use as opposed to seven day auctions. Now as you know I made mention of the benefits of a three day auction but here’s some critical success factors as to why you should use a ten day auction.

First, a ten day auction gives you the most amount of exposure for your product to the biggest audience. If you run a ten day auction the chances of selling your product at a predetermined price or a price on an open auction is much greater for obtaining a higher price. That is the true benefit of a ten day auction.

A second benefit of a ten day auction is, depending on what day of the week you want the auction to end you can rotate auction start times to ensure that if you’re selling products through Dutch auctions, multiple listing auctions, that you’re going to increase sales of the same item over and over again.

If you look at my ten day auctions on line, you’ll notice that I try to start my ten day auctions on Thursday nights because I want my auctions to end on Sunday night. Why is that so? Well, as you know, earlier I made mention of the fact that your biggest window of viewing opportunities for potential buyers is on the weekend, so that’s a big thing for me is to make sure that I run ten day auctions for products that list in what we call Dutch auctions.

And I’ll certainly expand on that for you. What is a Dutch auction? Well a Dutch auction is an auction where you have the same product available in multiple quantities.

As you know I’m a published book author and I sell books in quantity. So I can put one auction up and have an unlimited number of books through that one auction.

So for me its really important that I try to get as much exposure for the book as I possibly can. Now when were talking about profit optimization, I can go out and list my product online at a lower price than what I sell but I’m not really concerned about volumes of customers.

I list prices that are very competitive but I don’t give away my product because there’s value in what I sell and there’s value in consumers paying for what they get and I want to make sure the consumer gets certainly a good purchase from the products that I sell.

Mike Perry, along with Tim Black are the authors of “eBay Trade Secrets Revealed ”

Buying optimization, selling optimization, category and auction optimization – there’s a lot of tweaking, tracking and testing that goes into making your auctions sell effortlessly for you.

But once you’ve got the foundation laid and customer relationships built, growing a successful business from eBay is easy.

The core of profit optimization lies in the timeframe of your auction. The time you launch your auction, as well as how long the auction lasts can make a critical impact on the number of bids you make and how much money you earn as a result.

Now many people have asked us why we should use three day auctions when pricing and selling and what’s the benefit there?

Well, there actually are a lot of benefits to using three day auctions. Its cost effective for one; it costs actually a little bit less to list a three day auction than it would cost say listing a seven or ten day auction.

If you can time it right, if you time the listing right when you actually launch the auction you can actually get a lot of exposure even over a three day window.

Believe it or not a lot of power sellers use three day auctions to get that exposure and to keep their cost of listing a product online down through the use of three day auctions.

I think for people to really think it through, looking at a seven day calendar week, truly the best day to launch a three day auction is either late Thursday night or early Friday morning.

The vast majority of people who access eBay are people who go online over the weekends. Why is that so?

Well let’s just think back on this for a moment. Many of you who go on eBay go on eBay when you have free time.

The vast majority of our work force, those of us who are working, have access to our free time usually on the weekends. That is a great time to get exposure for your product.

If you look at your product and you have a counter on your product, you can actually calculate on a day-by-day basis how many people have viewed your listing on a specific day.

I’ll tell you firsthand I used to monitor this very closely and after awhile I learned that yes Friday, Saturday and Sunday are really the best times to list three day auctions.

So let’s recap that they’re cost effective. Its during a three day auction window if you list it on Thursday night or Friday morning that you get the most exposure for a specific product.

Also, aside from the buy now technology, if you have a product that you know is going to sell and you have one or two of these items and you know its going to sell at the price that you want, why wouldn’t you want to list it at that time so you can sell it and get your money in hand.

Three day auctions are extremely beneficial for that, and again a lot of people use them, especially power sellers who sell large volumes of products that they know they can get the price on. Those are the benefits of three day auctions.

Part of selling on eBay using auction optimization is about more than just making sure you’ve got compelling content, high-impact visuals and a thorough type of “funnel” that you lead the buyer through from beginning to end. It’s also about your relationship with your customer.

Selling successfully on eBay and getting repeat orders is about much more than putting up a simple listing and hoping for the best.

What I believe to be the best way to sell products online is to sell your product to buy customers or we can use the word acquire customers and build long term relationships with repeat sellers.

What I mean by that, well what we’re talking about here is the ability to sell a product at a fair price but to also have some continuity in the sales process. When we talk about optimizing sales and seller optimization, what we’re talking about is selling a product at a good price to a consumer who will come back to you for additional products.

One of the most important things you can do to do that is, as simple as it sounds, to have a backend catalog in your book, in the product that you sell, or in the service that you sell. As simple as that sounds very few resellers online are doing that, and I make sure that when I sell my products, whether it is a print book, an audio book, or a CD, that I have a backend catalog at the end of my product or service offering.

If I have a backend catalog what happens is that gives me an opportunity to come back to the consumer and sell them an additional product or service. So that’s a big win.

Now there’s a fourth way you can sell your product or service. You can sell through the aforementioned methods and extend more products to the consumer at no additional cost or risk.

You know one thing that I’ve learned is that when you sell a product and you list it I always like to give the consumer more than they bargained for. I like to give them free upgrades at no additional cost.

When someone buys a book of mine, the majority of the books that I sell, when I make a revision to the book and I add more chapters to it, I then give that out to previous buyers for free. I’ll actually give them the book.

Now I’m not going to go out and print the book in hard copy. What I’m going to do is I’m going to distribute to them electronically.

For those of you who are not familiar with Adobe, Adobe has some technology out there where you can sell ebooks and other types of products virtually for pennies on the dollar.

So that’s what I do when I sell a product. I make sure I give you an opportunity through that product to buy another product with a backend catalog and then I also give you for no additional cost or risk to you free copies of new books and that to me is really the best way to sell a product, is to give something beyond the product after the sale, such as a free revision or a free upgrade.

Now this is not applicable just to book sales. If you sell services online, you can offer free services at the end of the sale, you could critique something for someone you could offer advice, but you have to have some type of continuity in your sales process.

Michael G Perry is the author of “eBaid Instant Money Making Machine”.
